Job openings
Recruitment → Job openings lists your jobs as a table or a grid. Create a job with its title, type, department, branch and description, then open it.
Candidates
- Candidates arrive from your public careers page, or you add them with Add candidate (name, email, phone, source and CV).
- Each job has a board with a column per hiring stage. Move candidates between stages as they progress.
- Hiring pipeline shows every candidate of every job on one board.
The candidate page
Contact details and CV, the stage and rating, interviews (book one and record the result) and notes from your team.
Hire
Choose Hire on the candidate page, set the hiring date, branch, department and position, and Mihnaro creates the employee record from the candidate and the job.
