Welcome to Mihnaro

Mihnaro brings HR and field service management into one account. Your company's license decides which modules you see: HR (employees, payroll, leaves, attendance, performance, recruitment and reports) and Field service (work orders, dispatch, technicians and customers).

How your account is organized

• Company: everything you see belongs to your company. Nobody outside it can see your data.
• Branches: a company can have several branches, each with its own logo, settings and employees.
• Your role: what you can open depends on the roles your company gave you, and on their scope (the whole company, one branch, one department, or the people who report to you).

Finding your way around

• The side menu lists the sections you may use. A section you don't see is either not in your company's license or not in your roles.
• The header has the language switch, the light and dark theme button, your notifications and your account menu.
• Help in the account menu shows quick steps for the pages you use most, with links to these guides.
