OKRs and goals
Write objectives with key results, publish them and track personal goals.
OKRs
- In an evaluation cycle, each employee's objectives and their key results are written during the objectives stage.
- Weights must add up to 100% before the objectives are published. After publishing they can't be changed.
- OKR templates hold ready-made objectives that HR assigns to many employees at once.
Goals
Goals are simpler: set a goal for yourself, or HR sets one for several employees. Update its progress and status (open, achieved, not achieved) as you go.
